General Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All exchange or return requests must be initiated within <strong>four (4) days<\/strong> of receiving the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exchanges may be requested for a different size or colour, subject to product availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A parcel opening video (clearly showing the unboxing and product defect) is mandatory to raise a return request for defective items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and components intact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products that fail quality inspection upon return will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products exchanged once are not eligible for further exchange or return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Pick-Up &amp; Shipping<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A reverse pick-up service is available for select pin codes. If this service is unavailable in your area, you may self-courier the product to the address provided by our support team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product must be dispatched within<strong> seven (7) days<\/strong> of raising an exchange or return request. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the return\/exchange request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping costs incurred for self-couriered returns or exchanges shall be borne by the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Exchange Process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Upon receipt of the returned product, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection to verify compliance with Meevish\u2019s return and exchange conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the product successfully passes the inspection, an exchange will be processed for the requested size or colour, subject to availability in stock.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event that the requested item, size, or colour is unavailable, Meevish will issue a Store Credit equivalent to the product\u2019s value to the customer\u2019s Meevish Account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The issuance of such Store Credit will be formally communicated to the customer via email and\/or WhatsApp notification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meevish reserves the right to decline an exchange request if the returned product fails to meet the company\u2019s quality control standards or the conditions stated in this policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.
