Exchange and Returns

At Meevish, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you encounter any issue with your order, please contact our support team at support@meevish.com within the specified timelines below. Our team will be happy to assist you.

1. General Guidelines

  • All exchange or return requests must be initiated within four (4) days of receiving the order.
  • Exchanges may be requested for a different size or colour, subject to product availability.
  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
  • A parcel opening video (clearly showing the unboxing and product defect) is mandatory to raise a return request for defective items.
  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and components intact.
  • Products that fail quality inspection upon return will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  • Products exchanged once are not eligible for further exchange or return.

2. Pick-Up & Shipping

  • A reverse pick-up service is available for select pin codes. If this service is unavailable in your area, you may self-courier the product to the address provided by our support team.
  • The product must be dispatched within seven (7) days of raising an exchange or return request. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the return/exchange request.
  • Shipping costs incurred for self-couriered returns or exchanges shall be borne by the customer.

3. Exchange Process

  • Upon receipt of the returned product, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection to verify compliance with Meevish’s return and exchange conditions.
  • If the product successfully passes the inspection, an exchange will be processed for the requested size or colour, subject to availability in stock.
  • In the event that the requested item, size, or colour is unavailable, Meevish will issue a Store Credit equivalent to the product’s value to the customer’s Meevish Account.
  • The issuance of such Store Credit will be formally communicated to the customer via email and/or WhatsApp notification.
  • Meevish reserves the right to decline an exchange request if the returned product fails to meet the company’s quality control standards or the conditions stated in this policy.

4. Returns & Store Credit

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
  • A parcel opening video showing the unboxing and defect is mandatory to raise a return request.
  • Upon approval after quality inspection, a Store Credit equal to the product value will be issued to your Meevish Account within 24 hours.
  • Store Credit is valid for 12 months and can be redeemed during checkout on future purchases.
  • No cash or bank refunds are provided; compensation is strictly via Store Credit.
